When will I see my refund/gift card for my return?Updated a year ago

Once your return has been delivered to our Distribution Center, the return will be processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your banking institution you should see your refund reflected on your bank statement in 2-7 business days. 

If you are receiving a store credit, this should be distributed via email as soon as the return is processed by our Distribution Center.
