“I used mail forwarding but haven’t received my order!”Updated 2 months ago

We know life can get a little hectic and want to make sure all of your orders make it to your front step! 


Since the shipping and delivery service is a separate company, we ask that all active subscribers update their preferences, shipping and billing information in their Shinesty account no less than 48 hours prior to their upcoming recurring shipment date.  


Once your order leaves our Distribution Center, we’re unable to make any adjustments to the shipping address as the shipping carrier is a separate company.

All recurring subscription shipments will be sent to the shipping address provided in your account preferences.
